Welcome to Bella Farm Country House – a beautifully appointed four-bedroom farmhouse set on 10 private acres in the heart of the Hunter Valley. Blending contemporary comfort with rustic charm, Bella Farm offers a relaxing country escape with thoughtful touches throughout.

Unlike many holiday homes, Bella Farm is proudly owned and personally managed by our family. We are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and are actively involved in every aspect of the property’s presentation, maintenance and care.

The farmhouse features four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms including a private ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, generous living and dining areas, and a cosy wood-burning fireplace. Step outside to enjoy expansive verandahs, a luxurious outdoor spa, a fire pit under the stars, a BBQ area, and beautifully maintained lawns with plenty of space to relax and unwind.

Nestled at the end of a peaceful country lane, Bella Farm feels wonderfully secluded, yet is just a five-minute drive from the Hunter Valley’s renowned wineries, award-winning restaurants, championship golf courses, boutique shopping and world-class concert venues.

Unwind in the outdoor spa while the kids explore the yard or the sun sets over the paddocks. A little luxury in a relaxed country setting.

Gather around the firepit for marshmallows, stories and star-filled skies. Available during fire season (April to October long weekend). We provide one complimentary bag of firewood, with extra available locally if needed at your own cost.

There’s a BBQ and alfresco dining area perfect for easy family meals, shared platters and long, lazy lunches.

🛏 Comfort Made Easy
Hotel-quality linen, bath and spa towels, bathroom amenities, plus tea, coffee, olive oil, salt, pepper, jams and sauces are all provided — so you can settle in and feel at home straight away.

🦘 Ponies & Wildlife
Kangaroos often graze in the front paddock in the mornings and afternoons. Our ponies are happy to say hello over the electric fence. For everyone’s safety, please don’t enter the paddocks and do not feed them any items of food. If you have declared pets on the booking form, you may bring your dog but they must not be in the horse paddocks for their safety, your safety and the safety of the horses. Please note that the property is a working boutique farm and the horses are fed twice per day. You may spot the caretakers tending to the horses in the mornings and afternoons. They will respect your privacy as they go about the feeding of the horses. If you would like to meet the ponies, please let me know.

****Please note this is a country farm and acreage and it requires maintenance by our gardener who attends the property generally on a Thursday to do lawns, gardening and any other maintenance jobs required. He won’t need to access inside the house.

The linen and laundry delivery occurs twice per week. The delivery driver accesses the carport to pick up dirty linen and drop off clean linen.
